Hey, I'm
Logan Winn

I've spent twelve years finding the person who can say yes and then delivering what I sold. Enterprise software at Salesforce, open banking at Envestnet | Yodlee, payroll at ADP, and now two gyms I own and a back office that runs on 44 AI agents.

The biggest door I ever opened

I helped open the conversation and the sales cycle on the $250 million deal that put T-Mobile into banking on Yodlee's financial data platform. I was a business development manager. My job was to get into a room nobody in the building had gotten into yet, and then hand it off in one piece.

Opened the Blackstone cycle

Opened the sales cycle with Blackstone for the first AI agent I could offer my clients. The deal closed at $200 million. The first meeting is the part nobody sees, and it's the part I'm good at.

Closed it, then delivered it

Closed a $1.6 million tenant improvement project for CBRE, Google, and Taara, then ran it from preconstruction through closeout myself. Selling it and shipping it are different jobs. I've done both on the same contract.

Acquired a CPA's entire book

I didn't sell one small business a payroll product. I convinced a CPA to move his whole book of more than 100 small businesses over at once. One relationship, a hundred accounts.

The intern nobody has beaten

I set the record for most closed deals by any intern in Shamrock Office Solutions history. Field B2B, copiers, cold doors, one summer. I was 20.

Went from selling to owning

I'm a partner in JG Academy, two Brazilian jiu jitsu gyms in French Camp and Tracy. Payroll, retention, schedules, coaches, member experience. Ownership taught me things quota never did.

Built a back office that runs itself

One person doing five jobs badly turned into an operating system. Every agent has a written job, every job has a schedule, and it texts me one list each morning of what to do.

The long version

How I
got here

I started on a job site at 18, pulling damaged wood and siding off houses in the summer heat. Two years later I was selling copiers door to door as an intern and set the company record for closed deals. I've never really stopped doing some version of that: find the person who can say yes, earn the yes, then go make the thing actually happen.

That path ran through payroll at ADP, an IPO audit desk at Accela, open banking at Envestnet | Yodlee, and enterprise software at Salesforce in San Francisco. Somewhere in there I picked up an MBA and captained a DIII lacrosse team.

Then I got tired of selling other people's products. I bought into JG Academy, where I'm a partner in two jiu jitsu gyms. I founded a lacrosse academy. I co-founded an event rental company. Owning a business is a completely different education from selling for one. You find out fast which of your opinions were free.

Now I build systems. My back office runs on AI agents with written jobs and schedules, and it tells me when something fails. It started because I was one person doing five jobs badly. It turned into the most useful thing I've ever built.

How it went

  • 2014First job site at 18. Wood, siding, roofing, and the discovery that I liked building things.
  • 2016Sold copiers as an intern at Shamrock. Set the all-time intern record for closed deals.
  • 2017Accela. Reconciled sales and payments across Salesforce and NetSuite for IPO audit prep.
  • 2018B.A. from Goucher. Then ADP, where I landed a CPA's entire book of clients.
  • 2019Envestnet | Yodlee. Helped open the T-Mobile banking deal.
  • 2021Salesforce BDR, financial services, San Francisco. MBA finished in 2022.
  • 2023Became a partner at JG Academy. Went from selling to owning.
  • 2025Silver Creek. Closed the CBRE, Google, and Taara build, then delivered it start to finish.
  • 2026Built the operating system that runs my back office.

How I run it

My back office is
44 AI agents

One person can't run gyms, a rental company, a job, and a pipeline without dropping things. So I stopped trying and built an operating system instead. Every agent has a written job. Every job has a schedule. Every scheduled run leaves a heartbeat file, so when something fails I find out from the system instead of from a customer.

44Agents with defined jobs
8Departments
51Written procedures
242Pages in the knowledge base

It drafts outreach, watches for replies, moves pipeline stages, tracks receipts, plans the week against my calendar, researches grants and taxes, and texts me one list of what to do each morning. It never sends anything to another human on its own. Everything that leaves goes out over my name, after I read it.
